EXTEND / MÉDUSE
MéduseCreate an elevated site
for the radio link.
A temporary elevated site can help restore line of sight between a transmitter and receiver. OndOcéan studies the tethered balloon, its payload and operating conditions, then defines the trial needed to verify its value across the area.

SCOPE, EVIDENCE & DELIVERABLES
Choose an elevated site, then verify it.
The site, equipment and acceptance criteria define the project. The quotation specifies the selected stages and the documents to be delivered.
- Scope
- Area to cover, useful height, radio equipment and payload. The tethered balloon is compared with a mast and existing elevated sites according to the mission’s constraints.
- Evidence
- The photograph is illustrative and credited in its caption. Coverage, link stability and deployment conditions for the selected system must be verified through an instrumented trial.
- Deliverables
- Platform comparison, proposed deployment, payload and power budget, radio configuration and trial plan. Results are delivered when the trial is part of the project.
- Deployment
- At a location defined with the operator. Anchoring, access, weather conditions, footprint and airspace constraints are examined before deployment.
