The site, equipment and acceptance criteria define the project. The quotation specifies the selected stages and the documents to be delivered.
- Scope
- Select the headset and microphone with the identified radio or intercom. Ambient noise, other worn equipment, movements and wearing duration guide the configuration.
- Evidence
- The image shows the proposed headset. The model, instructions and manufacturer documents allow stated specifications to be checked. Intelligibility, access to voice communication and comfort are assessed in the agreed use.
- Deliverables
- Configuration sheet, model and connection details, operating instructions and a trial report when included in the project.
- Deployment
- At the actual workstation or on board, with the device and equipment worn by the operator. Any hearing protection requirements are documented for the selected model.
