SCOPE, EVIDENCE & DELIVERABLES

Qualify a complete configuration.

The site, equipment and acceptance criteria define the project. The quotation specifies the selected stages and the documents to be delivered.

Scope: Device or radio, earpiece or headset, interface and access to voice communication. Models and connectors are identified before the configuration is selected.
Evidence: Photographs show the equipment. Compatibility is checked against the exact models, then operator trials document exchanges during the activity. Any specifications and certifications are linked to the corresponding manufacturer documents.
Deliverables: Bill of materials, connection diagram, compatibility matrix and operating instructions. The trial report specifies wearing conditions, devices and the exchanges assessed.
Deployment: On board, at the quayside or at the workstation, with existing equipment. The trial procedure is agreed with the teams.
