Let’s discuss your mission

CONNECT / MARITIME INTEGRATION

Keep your applications connected
between vessel and shore.

Video calls, access to business tools or data uploads: which services must continue when a vessel changes area or loses a connection? OndOcéan studies 4G/5G, satellite and wired links, then configures and tests the network around these services.

CHOOSE BASED ON THE NEED

Continuity, quality or capacity?

Network functions are selected according to the expected service, available links and their behaviour in the field.

Maintain communication

Define link priorities and recovery mechanisms. Test the planned loss or degradation scenarios.

Improve quality

Study loss mitigation for sensitive streams, taking the additional data volume into account.

Combine capacities

Assess connection distribution or aggregation according to the applications and remote architecture.

Continuity and aggregation functions depend on the equipment and its configuration. A multi-link tunnel requires a compatible remote endpoint and suitable licences.

SCOPE, EVIDENCE & DELIVERABLES

Acceptance testing on your actual services.

The site, equipment and acceptance criteria define the project. The quotation specifies the selected stages and the documents to be delivered.

Scope
Priority applications, available connections, antennas, local network and failover rules. The scope may cover a study, a pilot or full integration. Subscriptions and support are detailed in the proposal.
Evidence
Trials on the selected configuration, with timestamped logs, service availability, latency, losses and recovery time. Each application’s behaviour is observed during the agreed outages.
Deliverables
Network diagram, bill of materials and required licences, saved configuration, failover plan, acceptance report and operating instructions.
Deployment
On board and at the quayside, after checking antenna locations, power supply and cabling. The acceptance route or area is agreed with the operator.

Traffic distribution, failover and aggregation are selected according to the need. A multi-link tunnel also includes its compatible remote endpoint and licences.
