The text, logo and images are protected by the rights of their respective owners. Reuse must comply with applicable licences and, where necessary, be authorised by the rights holder.

Photographs of Bulot, Poulpe and Bernique were supplied for this equipment presentation.

The bridge photograph comes from the OndOcéan website; faces have been blurred. The rugged computer scene is illustrative. Its screen displays a radio signal simulation rather than a measurement recording.

Contact and browsing

Data controller and purposes

ONDOCEAN, at the contact details above, processes form data to respond to your enquiry, discuss your needs and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal. Name, email and message are required; without them the enquiry cannot be processed. Company and telephone are optional.

Requests for quotations or services are based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request, under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. Other enquiries and form protection are based on ONDOCEAN’s legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and securing its service, under point (f) of the same Article. The form does not subscribe you to any mailing list.

Recipients and retention

Messages are sent to OndOcéan by email. Access is limited to those handling the enquiry and the technical providers needed for hosting and email. The form does not store messages in a website database.

Enquiries that lead no further are retained for one year after the last contact. When a business relationship begins, the necessary information becomes part of the customer file and is retained according to applicable obligations and the needs of that relationship.

To limit abusive submissions, a fingerprint of the IP address and submission times are used within fifteen-minute and one-hour windows. Expired entries are deleted on the next submission. This mechanism retains neither the message text nor your email address. The hosting provider may also process technical logs to operate and secure its services.

Your rights

Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and, where applicable, portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest.

Cookies and browser settings

A session cookie, limited to the contact page, protects form submissions. It expires when the browsing session closes. Your choice to enable sea ambience and its volume are stored locally in your browser.

The website contains no advertising or audience-measurement trackers. Fonts, images, video and scripts are hosted with the website. External links take you, at your initiative, to the relevant services.
